UX / UI & Motion Designer (Contract)

We’re looking for a highly skilled UX / UI & Motion Designer to join our team on a contract basis. If you’re passionate about crafting seamless digital experiences, designing visually engaging interfaces, and bringing interactions to life through motion and micro-animations — we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

• Design experiences that move.  Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals in  Figma  that feel intuitive and alive.
• Add life through motion.  Build micro-animations, transitions, and motion graphics that elevate storytelling and usability.
• Craft consistency.  Build and maintain a  scalable design system  that ensures a unified look, feel, and rhythm across products.
• Collaborate & co-create.  Partner with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to bring ideas from concept to launch.
• Iterate with purpose.  Refine designs based on user insights, analytics, and evolving business goals.
• Own your craft.  Work independently in a  remote-first setup , managing time, details, and deadlines with creative confidence.
• Champion design quality.  Work closely with the  Head of Design  to ensure everything we ship looks sharp and feels right.
