Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Video Editor to lead our video production efforts and manage a team of editors. The ideal candidate is proactive, creative, and deeply passionate about storytelling through visuals. You’ll oversee the end-to-end post-production process — ensuring content quality, timely delivery, and alignment with brand tone and strategy.

This is a remote, leadership role that demands both strong editing expertise and the ability to guide and motivate a creative team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of video editors to ensure consistent quality and productivity.
• Edit and produce high-quality videos for YouTube, social media, and educational campaigns.
• Develop motion graphics, animations, and color grading that enhance storytelling.
• Collaborate with the content, strategy, and design teams to align visuals with the creative vision.
• Review team outputs, provide feedback, and ensure all deliverables meet creative and technical standards.
• Stay proactive in identifying new trends, editing styles, and creative approaches to keep the content fresh and competitive.
