Project Execution & Client Interaction :

Magneto 2 experience necessary.
Minimum of 2yr PHP web development experience.
More than 2 Years r experience in Magneto 2.0.
3 to 15 years experience in PHP. OOPS, concepts should be good.
Strong knowledge of MySQL.
Deployment experience on AWS / Azure cloud would be a plus.
Confident & good communication skills.
Competent with MySQL-based database concepts.
Familiarity with automated deployment strategies.
Solutions-oriented thinking; always looking for the smart solution to a problem rather than jumping at the first answer
A passion for staying on top of industry trends and technologies.

Proven Skills & Technical Requirements :

Proficiency with PHP5 and MySQL from an OOP perspective.

Proficiency with LAMP Server administration.

Experience with Magento architecture, modules, themes, and extensions.

Knowledge of web services integration (REST / SOAP).

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Understanding of front-end technologies and responsive design principles.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Design and implement scalable and secure Magento solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Magento platform.

Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies in Magento and eCommerce.

Proven experience with the Magneto and 3rd Party APIs preferred.

Work directly with US-based clients to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Manage mission-critical projects under tight deadlines.

Team Leadership :

Lead and mentor development teams.

Proficient in team assessments, assembly, and management.

People & Process Management :

Ability to manage multiple technologies and oversee project workflows.

Strong conflict resolution, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.

Required Skills & Experience :

3-15 years of hands-on experience in Magento development

Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, Linux, Apache, JavaScript, CSS, and jQuery

Strong understanding of data modeling and solution design

Experience in client interaction, particularly with US customers

Excellent team leadership, project management, and mentoring skills

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
