This is a commission-only, performance-driven role . You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, acquiring clients, and closing profitable deals. Earnings are based on a percentage of project value , with a 6-month performance review to assess results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities and build a strong client pipeline
  • Develop proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals
  • Maintain relationships with key decision-makers for repeat business
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth project handover
  • Report regularly on leads, pipeline, and revenue

Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years’ experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
  • Proven ability to acquire projects and meet revenue targets
  • Strong network, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
  • Compensation
