What You’ll Bring
3–5 years of experience in HR / Talent Operations in a fast-paced agency, digital, or startup environmentStrong proficiency in Excel — including pivot tables, dashboards, formulas, and shared trackingHands-on experience with HRMS platforms;experience with HROne is a strong plus
Detail-obsessed mindset with strong organizational and process skillsClear, confident communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams and functionsA love for data, systems, and doing things better than yesterday
