Key Responsibilities :
- Work on implementing Human Resources programs and practices for respective business unit(s)
- Contribute towards designing initiatives aimed at enhancing Employee Experience Driving Engagement activities for specific BU as well as Bengaluru location.
- Working with respective Business leaders and HR Head for implementation of business Unit specific HR programs, employee connects
- Work with the respective HR leads on Workforce analytics and designing interventions accordingly.
- HR metrics tracking, analyzing, and reporting with SBU HR, business leaders, etc. as per requirement.
- Support retention discussions, management and also facilitate towards proactive retention strategies.
- Support quarterly Performance Management, Rewards, Engagement, Fun CSR initiatives.
- Policy and Process implementation / communication to the team members
- Employee Relations - Issue / Query resolution, grievance handling
- Support various types of people issues, viz performance, absenteeism, behavioural, sensitivity, workplace harassment, diversity, POSH
Qualification / skills required :
- Postgraduate in Human Resource Management, MBA(HR) from leading Institute
- Looking 5 to 7 years of experience in similar role
- Ready to work in Night (US) shift.
