Job Profile -
- Responsible for calling leads for admission and following the process of updating the status
- Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned
- Build a strong relationship / trust with students by understanding their requirements
- Explaining the course in detail, understanding the student requirements, and encouraging them to enroll in the course
- Coordination with the faculties and scheduling of sessions, sending the schedules to students and faculties, raising invoices, and following the system defined. - Maintaining MIS and cost sheets as per the process.
- Address all the issues / grievances of students and provide the right guidance
- Capture the insights from students interactions and share them with the internal team in order to help with marketing and reaching out to major audiences.
