Role Overview: Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager

You'll be responsible for:

• Driving residential property sales and achieving monthly revenue goals
• Consulting HNI clients with personalized, high-touch service
• Managing digital inquiries and guiding buyers through our offerings
• Building strong relationships with developers, investors, and end-users
• Negotiating deals and advising clients on market trends and pricing
• Collaborating with our CRM team for seamless post-sales support

What We're Looking For

• 3–12 years of proven sales experience (real estate preferred)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience handling HNI clientele
• A positive attitude and hunger for success
• Own a bike/car with valid documents
