ARCS Implementation With Strong EPM, Finance Domain, And Hyperion Suite Expertise.

We are seeking an experienced EPM – ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service) Lead to drive the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle ARCS solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Enterprise Performance Management and reconciliation processes, along with leadership skills to guide project teams and collaborate with finance stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle ARCS, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to gather business requirements and translate them into ARCS solutions.
• Design and implement reconciliation profiles, formats, and rules to automate and streamline reconciliation processes.
• Manage data integrations between ARCS and other ERP / EPM systems.
• Develop functional specifications, process documentation, and user guides.
• Conduct UAT sessions , provide training, and support end-users.
• Monitor ARCS environment performance and recommend enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with audit and internal controls requirements.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical / functional guidance.
