About the Role :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative AutoCAD Designer to support the design and execution of high-impact events. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating accurate technical drawings, 2D layouts, and 3D renderings (if applicable) for event setups including stages, exhibitions, brand experiences, and luxury installations. You will work closely with the production and design teams to translate creative concepts into buildable and safe structures.
Key Responsibilities :
Technical Drawings & Layouts :
- Create detailed 2D AutoCAD drawings including stage layouts, floor plans, venue schematics, fabrication detailing, and elevation views.
- Develop technical production drawings for vendors, fabricators, and on-ground teams.
- Ensure all drawings meet scale accuracy and production feasibility.
Coordination with Teams :
Collaborate with creative, production, and fabrication teams to understand design intent and convert them into workable CAD files.Modify drawings as per feedback from clients, venue regulations, or production feasibility.Support design presentations with technical inputs and dimensional accuracy.Site & Production Support :
Conduct site recces and venue measurements when required.Assist production team in cross-checking design vs on-ground execution.Ensure alignment of technical drawings with health, safety, and structural guidelines.Requirements :
2–5 years of experience in AutoCAD within the events, exhibitions, or architectural design industry.Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D) . Knowledge of SketchUp / 3ds Max / Revit / Photoshop is a plus.Ability to read and interpret architectural and technical drawings.Good understanding of materials, fabrication techniques, and structural safety in event setups.Preferred Qualifications :
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Event Design, or related technical field.Previous experience in live events, brand activations, exhibitions, or experiential spaces.
