Job Summary :
The Executive- Content will be responsible for identifying, managing, and optimizing influencer collaborations to strengthen brand visibility and engagement. This role involves end-to-end management of influencer campaigns — from selection and outreach to performance tracking and post-campaign analysis — ensuring all activities align with brand objectives and deliver measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and onboard relevant influencers aligned with brand objectives and campaign briefs.
- Manage influencer outreach, negotiations, and deliverable coordination , ensuring smooth communication and execution.
- Oversee campaign logistics , including timely dispatch of products, delivery of briefs, and content approvals.
- Review influencer content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines, messaging, and quality standards.
- Track and analyse campaign performance metrics , preparing detailed reports and insights for internal stakeholders.
- Maintain organized influencer databases and track budgets, spends, and campaign details.
- Stay updated on Instagram trends, platform updates, and emerging creators across relevant categories.
- Share insights and recommendations on high-performing content, influencer opportunities, and campaign optimization strategies.
Key Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media management, or digital campaigns.Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram and emerging short-form content trends.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and reporting abilities.Proficiency in influencer marketing tools, Excel / Google Sheets, and campaign tracking systems.
