The Role
Drive enterprise growth by uncovering and securing new opportunities for Databricks-
focused data, analytics, and AI services within startups to Fortune 500 organizations.
Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with both business and
technology leaders, positioning Databricks as a key partner in their digital transformation
journey.
Partner with Databricks alliance teams as well as internal delivery, product, and
marketing groups to ensure customer success and accelerate revenue growth.
Leverage consultative, value-driven selling to influence client strategies, design joint
solutions, and manage negotiations for complex, high-value service contracts.
Stay informed on the Databricks ecosystem, industry shifts, and partner innovations to
continuously refine go-to-market strategies.
What You’ll Bring
2-4 years of enterprise sales experience in data, analytics, or AI services, with hands-on
expertise selling Databricks-related solutions.
Proven success in building relationships with C-level executives and shaping data
modernization strategies for startups to Fortune 500 clients.
A strong record of closing multi-million-dollar service contracts involving Databricks or
other cloud data platforms.
Deep connections within the Databricks ecosystem and a broad enterprise network.
Flexibility and willingness to travel for key client engagements and industry events.
