To support team in administrative activities related to accident reporting, safety data report preparation, documentation management, invoice processing, training programs and EHS compliance.
Preparation of monthly reports and presentations including finalization of supporting data related to person-hours and summary. Archiving of all emails and reports in appropriate folders.
Managing of data entry in systems, data verification and conduct necessary follow-ups.
Track submissions of compliance reports from internal business stakeholders
Supporting the team in their travel plans and itineraries etc
Assist in preparation of documents, approval notes and reports
Support in preparation of departmental budget and managing expenses against budget, while using SAP Portal
Requirements
Requirements-
Graduate from reputed college / institutions
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook .
Ensuring timelines of each task is strictly adhered to.
Shouldhave goodcommunicationskills,both inwrittenaswellasspokenEnglish. Ability to converse effectively in English is essential. To be proficient in Hindi and Bengali.
Abilitytodemonstratecontinuallearningandwillingnesstotakeupnewareasof expertise for professional growth.
2 to 4 years, with exposure in office administration work.
