Growth Generalist

We're Userology - AI-powered UX research tools for product teams. Small, fast-moving team, with global customers.

You'll own customer activation and engagement. That means running experiments, talking to users, analyzing drop-offs, and building solutions for building a sustainable growth engine.

What you need :

• Strong problem-solving and communication
• Comfortable defining problems , not just solving them
• Scrappy, experimental, bias toward action
• At least 6 months of commitment
• Available to work in US / European time
• Proficient / experience with AI tools

We're looking for Final-year engineering students or recent grads. Technical background is a plus.

This isn't a structured internship with fixed tasks, if you need that, this ideally won't work.
