We are looking for a skilled Food & Beverage Service Team Member to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience and be able to provide excellent customer service.

- Manage food and beverage service operations to ensure high-quality products and exceptional customer experiences.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to prepare and cook food items according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of food preparation areas, including refrigeration and storage facilities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, such as proper food handling and temperature control.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
- Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
- Job Requirements
- Proven experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
