Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Western Flute Teacher to join Gandharva School of Music, an international platform for online performing arts education . If you have strong expertise in Western classical flute techniques and a flair for teaching students globally, we invite you to become part of our esteemed faculty.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct live 1 : 1 and group online flute lessons for students of various age groups and skill levels.
• Develop structured lesson plans aligned with Gandharva’s curriculum and individual student progress.
• Teach essential flute skills including breathing techniques, tone production, articulation, finger agility, scales, études, sight-reading, and repertoire.
• Train students in music theory, rhythm accuracy, ear training, and performance techniques.
• Prepare students for international graded music exams (ABRSM, Trinity, etc.), competitions, recitals, and ensemble performances.
• Provide personalized feedback, inspire students, and guide them throughout their musical journey.
• Maintain an engaging, interactive, and professional online learning environment.
