DevOps Engineer

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Senior DevOps Engineer

with strong software development expertise in

Python and / or GoLang , and a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, CI / CD, container orchestration, monitoring, and automation. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable DevOps solutions and development tools that support high-availability, secure, and reliable systems.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure (on-premise or cloud).

Develop and maintain CI / CD pipelines using tools like

GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD , etc.

Write infrastructure-as-code using

Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools .

Build and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK / EFK, etc).

Automate repetitive tasks and improve development workflows using

Python or GoLang .

Collaborate with development teams to improve developer experience, tooling, and build / deployment strategies.

Implement containerization using

Docker

and orchestrate using

Kubernetes

(EKS, AKS, GKE, etc).

Ensure security best practices are followed across infrastructure and pipelines (Secrets Management, IAM, Vulnerability Scanning).

Own and optimize cloud resources (AWS / GCP / Azure) for performance and cost-efficiency.

Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system uptime and reliability (On-call may be required).

Contribute to DevOps best practices and mentor junior engineers.

Required Skills & Experience :

7+ years of hands-on experience in

DevOps / SRE / Platform Engineering .

Strong programming / scripting skills in

Python and / or GoLang

(must have).

Deep experience with

CI / CD

tools and pipeline design.

Expertise in

Cloud Platforms : Azure.

Strong experience with

Kubernetes

(deployment, scaling, troubleshooting).

Hands-on experience with

Terraform, Ansible, Helm , etc.

Strong understanding of

Linux systems , networking, and system architecture.

Experience with

GitOps

and

Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) .

Experience with

Monitoring and Observability

tools.

Solid understanding of

DevSecOps

and best practices in secure DevOps workflows.
