Job Description – Gemini Specialist (7–10 Years of Experience)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Gemini Specialist to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI solutions leveraging Google Gemini models within the Google Cloud ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of hands-on technical expertise, solution architecture skills, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and business value.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and optimize solutions using Google Gemini LLMs for real-world enterprise use cases.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities where Gemini AI can enhance processes, products, and customer experiences.
  • Develop, fine-tune, and deploy Gemini models via Vertex AI, Generative AI Studio, and related GCP services.
  • Build end-to-end GenAI pipelines integrating Gemini APIs with business applications.
  • Ensure performance, scalability, and responsible AI compliance in all Gemini-powered solutions.
  • Evaluate Gemini’s capabilities against other LLMs to recommend best-fit solutions.
  • Provide thought leadership and mentoring to junior engineers in AI / ML adoption.
  • Work with BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub / Sub, and Cloud Storage for data preparation and integration.
  • Stay updated with the latest Gemini advancements and industry AI trends.

Qualifications

  • 7–10 years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI / ML solutioning.
  • Proven expertise with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), especially Vertex AI, AI Studio, and Generative AI APIs.
  • Hands-on experience in deploying Gemini Pro, Gemini Ultra, or domain-specific Gemini models.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Node.js, with experience in building scalable APIs and applications.
  • Experience with MLOps, CI / CD pipelines, and monitoring AI workloads.
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, embeddings, and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Vertex Matching Engine).
  • Strong background in data engineering and working with structured / unstructured data.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

    • Preferred Skills

  • Google Cloud certifications such as Professional Cloud Architect, Machine Learning Engineer, or Generative AI Engineer.
  • Experience with multimodal AI (text, image, audio, video) using Gemini models.
  • Knowledge of responsible AI practices, bias mitigation, and explainability techniques.
  • Prior experience in building enterprise-grade AI applications in domains like BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, or Telecom.
