Responsibilities :
Lead and support the development of enterprise applications (e.g., labelling, archiving, document and product management systems) by understanding stakeholder needs and translating them into actionable plans.
Oversee the implementation and transition of new or modified applications into the live environment, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Identify and implement enhancements to improve user experience and satisfaction.
Collaborate with architects, stakeholders, and IT teams to plan and oversee projects aimed at improving enterprise application services.
Manage the day-to-day operations of support applications to ensure reliability, security, and performance.
Maintain service-related documentation and promote knowledge-sharing practices.
Qualifications :
Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or several years of experience leading initiatives in production, logistics, sales, and business development within IT with 7-10 years of experience.
