Utilisation : 5 per week on site (Pune, Hyderabad ,Nagpur, Bangalore, or Mumbai)

Location : Onsite (either location)

We growing our ServiceNow practice and are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Consultant to act as the internal point of contact between the business, technical teams, and implementation partners. The role requires both technical expertise and functional understanding of ServiceNow HRSD to help shape processes, optimise the platform, and ensure successful delivery across multiple regions.

You’ll work closely with global stakeholders, an external ServiceNow partner, and internal ISD teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the internal SME for ServiceNow HRSD across multiple countries.
• Collaborate with implementation partners and internal IT / HRIS teams to deliver high-quality ServiceNow HRSD solutions
• Advise on process design, configuration options, and technical functionalities
• Translate HR operational needs into ServiceNow workflows and automations
• Identify improvement opportunities and ensure the scalability of the HRSD solution
• Support integration of ServiceNow HRSD with other enterprise systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors)
• Conduct workshops and stakeholder sessions to align on requirements and capabilities
• Provide guidance on best practices and optimise HR case management, knowledge base, and service catalog design
