Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Manager - Channel Sales located in Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad or Bangalore with some work from home acceptable. The Manager - Channel Sales will be responsible for managing channel sales operations, developing and maintaining relationships with channel partners, driving sales growth, and providing exceptional customer service. The Manager will also oversee sales management tasks, ensuring targets are met and strategies are effectively implemented.
Appointing and managing dealers, driving sales, setting annual and quarterly targets, tracking sales per product category, guiding dealers on inventory mix, downstream sales, conducting trainings, promotions and marketing campaigns are essential KRAs for this position.
Gathering market intelligence, competition data, compiling sales reports and forecasts would be required. Prior experience in professional AV sales is mandatory.
Upto two weeks of domestic travel per month will be required. International travel may be required on a need basis.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, commerce or science are basic prerequisites. AVIXA CTS cerification or a certification in professional AV would be of added benefit.
Skills
Proven experience in Channel Sales and working with Channel Partners
Strong sales skills and the ability to drive sales growth
Written and Verbal fluency in English and Hindi are prerequisites.
Fluency in a regional language would be an added benefit.
Excellent Customer Service skills
Experience in Sales Management, including setting and achieving targets
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and within a team in a hybrid work environment
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Experience in the audio and video industry is a must
Experience
