JD for SAP Service Management Manager Level
Experience – (7-10Years)
- In-depth knowledge of SAP S / 4HANA Service and Customer Service related modules.
- Understanding of service-related business processes – In house repair, Field Service Repair, Workshop repair, Service contract-based repair, Execution order process.
- In-depth knowledge one Service Quotations, Service Contracts, Service orders, Service Order confirmation, Maintenance Service Order. Recurring Services.
- Must have worked on at least 1 implementation experience in SAP S4HANA Service in a Lead role.
- Should have in-depth knowledge on cross topic integration with FICO, SD, MM,PM, CATS etc.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the service management system.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business users.
- Ability to handle business stakeholders.
- Strong configuration knowledge in SAP S4HANA Service.
