Role Overview :

Our client is looking for Lead HR strategist to attract, develop, and retain talent while fostering a positive work culture. Align HR initiatives with business goals, ensure compliance, and drive organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance management.

Design compensation & benefits programs ensuring compliance.

Foster diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement.

Ensure compliance with labour laws and manage risk.

Drive learning, development, and succession planning initiatives.

Qualifications :

Masters in HR or Business Administration preferred.

10+ years HR leadership experience (3+ years in senior role, preferably real estate).

Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR tech, and organizational development.

Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
