Job description

Position : Field Sales Executive

Location : Chennai

CTC : Up to ₹4.25 LPA + Incentives

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and acquire new customers through field visits.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Provide daily / weekly sales updates to the manager.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 1 year of field sales experience (BFSI / FMCG / Telecom preferred).
  • Strong local market knowledge in Chennai.
  • Excellent communication and convincing skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
