Medallia Developer

We are hiring for our product based client for Medallia Developer :

Mode of working : Remote

3–8 years of hands-on experience in development on the Medallia platform.

Strong experience with the Medallia Classic Configurator for backend configuration and development.

Medallia Admin and Medallia Product Certification are mandatory.

Experience in designing or implementing CX platforms or customer feedback journeys. Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and API integration. Understanding of data structures, algorithms, microservices, and distributed systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including data manipulation and insight generation (Excel, R, SPSS, Stata, etc.).
