We’re looking for a Purchase Manager who believes in transparency, relationships, and ethical sourcing.

What this role is about :

• Strategic sourcing of clean, high-quality produce and packaged goods
• Building strong relationships with ethical suppliers, farms & conscious brands
• Negotiation & cost optimization without compromising on quality
• Inventory planning & smooth supply chain operations
• Working closely with the kitchen, retail & operations teams
