Job Summary :

• Lead design coordination for all types of residential and commercial projects, manage drawings, approvals & resolve conflicts.
• Lakshmi Infra is seeking an experienced and skilled Design Coordination Manager with a strong background in the construction / real estate industry, specifically in handling high-rise residential projects.
• The selected candidate will be based at our corporate office in Kondapur, Hyderabad, and will be responsible for regular coordination with project sites, including The Cascades project at Neopolis, representing Lakshmi Infra in all design-related matters.
• This role involves close coordination with design consultants, architects, structural and MEP engineers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless design execution aligned with project timelines, quality standards, and company expectations.
• The role requires excellent skills in documentation, contract management, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
