1. Job Title : Customer Support Executive - Credit Mantri

Position Overview :

Join our team to support and engage with customers for Credit Mantri, handling both sales and customer service inquiries in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle inbound / outbound customer calls for sales and support
  • Explain financial products / services and assist customers
  • Resolve customer queries and issues effectively
  • Achieve individual sales and service targets

Required Qualifications & Skills :

  • Age :  Below 28 years
  • Education :  Graduate
  • Experience :  Freshers can apply
  • Languages :  Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, or Urdu
  • Work Schedule & Compensation :

  • Shift Timings :  9 : 30 AM to 6 : 30 PM
  • Weekly Off :  Sunday
  • Salary :  ₹14,000 Take Home + Incentives (Upto ₹4,000-5,000)
