Job Summary :

The Assistant Manager Finance is a critical corporate-level position responsible for supporting the financial health, reporting integrity, and compliance framework of the CGH Earth Group.

This role requires a technically strong and detail-oriented professional capable of managing the consolidation process for a diverse portfolio of leisure and wellness entities, ensuring strict adherence to accounting standards, tax laws, and corporate governance norms.

The individual will serve as a key resource in providing accurate financial intelligence for senior management decision-making.

Key Accounting & Reporting :

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements at the corporate level.
• Ensure timely consolidation of accounts for all group companies, encompassing both the Leisure and Wellness verticals.
• Assist in comprehensive variance analysis and the preparation of detailed MIS reports for executive review.
• Ensure all financial reporting complies with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS / AS).
