Role Overview : Executive – Billing (Trivandrum)

Must Have : Proficiency in Tally and billing processes

Salary Package : 3 – 5 Lakh per annum

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Billing Executive with prior exposure to the medical devices or pharmaceutical sector. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end billing operations, ensure compliance and accuracy, and support finance functions using Tally.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and process invoices accurately and on time
Manage billing for medical device products
Maintain records of accounts receivable and payable
Reconcile transactions and ensure proper documentation
Generate billing-related MIS reports and summaries

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (preferred)

Experience in billing within medical devices / pharmaceuticals (mandatory)

Proficiency in Tally (mandatory)

Strong knowledge of invoicing, GST, and billing compliance

Good Excel and MS Office skills
