• Phase 2 : Digital DNA Data Storage Solution (Expansion Phase) : Following our orbital deployment, we will commercialize our proprietary data solution—a revolutionary platform that uses synthetic DNA molecules to encode and preserve petabytes of data with extreme density and durability for thousands of years, offering the ultimate archival and high-security storage for the world’s most critical information.

Role Description Director of Capital Formation & Investor Relations (Fundraising Specialist)

This is a critical role offered as Full-time or Part-time , with the work location flexible between Remote, Hybrid, or On-Site , depending on the candidate's preference and suitability for maximum investor engagement. The Director of Capital Formation will be responsible exclusively for securing investment across our Seed and Expansion phases from strategic partners, Angel Investors, and Venture Capital (VC) firms.
