Production Engineer

Position : Production Engineer / Senior Engineer

Report to : AM Production

Location : Manesar

Roles & Responsibilities :

Develop and implement manufacturing processes that optimize production efficiency while minimizing waste and reducing costs.

Utilize methodologies like Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma to streamline operations and enhance productivity.

Plan and schedule production activities to ensure timely delivery of products.

Coordinate with supply chain teams to align production schedules with material availability and demand forecasts.

Establish and maintain quality standards for production processes.

Implement inspection procedures and utilize statistical process control techniques to monitor and improve product quality.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and maintain continuous production flow

Develop and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and promote sustainable manufacturing practices.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, quality assurance, and maintenance, to align production processes with company goals.

Communicate effectively to address challenges and implement improvements across the production process

Qualifications & Skills :

Educational Background : Diploma / bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).

Experience : 3-5 Years Proven experience in a production role, preferably within the Filters, HVAC and relevant industry.

Technical Skills :

Proficiency in Software related to production

Familiarity with production planning software and tools.

Knowledge of statistical process control and quality management systems.

Soft Skills :

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Attention to detail and organizational skills
