What You'll Do

Design and develop key components of our technology stack, including real-time data pipelines and scalable data processing services

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code daily

Collaborate with engineering and business teams to plan, design, and implement complex solutions

Monitor, tune, and troubleshoot systems to improve performance and stability

Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to technical discussions

Expertise You'll Bring

We’re looking for a hands-on engineer with strong backend and data engineering skills, cloud experience, and a collaborative mindset.

Proficiency in software engineering using languages like Ruby or Python (Ruby preferred for legacy codebase)

Experience working with multi-terabyte datasets using relational and non-relational databases (BigQuery experience highly desirable)

Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform technologies such as GKE, Cloud SQL, GCS

Strong understanding of queuing systems, distributed architectures, and scalability

Skilled in version control systems like Git / Bitbucket

Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and Agile methodologies

Experience in AdTech industry is a plus

Deep knowledge of SQL performance tuning and query optimization
