Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Manager / Head, located in Bengaluru. The Legal Manager / Head will be responsible for overseeing legal affairs, preparing and reviewing legal documents, providing legal consulting, and ensuring legal compliance across all company operations. Daily tasks include managing legal risks, handling legal disputes, advising the management team on legal issues, and ensuring that all company practices adhere to the relevant laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• 12 - 15 Years of Real Estate Experience
• Proficiency in Law, Legal Document Preparation, and Legal Consulting
• Experience in handling Legal Compliance and Legal Affairs
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) is required; further qualifications or certifications in law or related fields are advantageous
