Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Cognos Developer with hands-on OpenPages experience to design, develop, and maintain reporting solutions that support business analytics, compliance, and risk management functions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in IBM Cognos, good understanding of OpenPages data structures, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain Cognos reports, dashboards, and frameworks.
• Work with OpenPages modules to build and integrate reporting solutions.
• Gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Optimize reports for performance, accuracy, and usability.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure data consistency and integrity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve reporting and data-related issues.
• Ensure solutions follow established standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
• Support end-users with report usage, training, and documentation.
