Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Nagpur for the positions of Operations Manager, Academy Training Officer, and Security Field Supervisor. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective security services. The Academy Training Officer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs for security personnel. The Security Field Supervisor will supervise security staff on-site, conduct regular inspections, and ensure compliance with security protocols.

• Operations Management, Leadership, and Organizational skills
• Training and Development, Instructional Design, and Presentation skills
• Supervisory, Inspection, and Compliance Management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and lead a team
• Relevant experience in the security industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Security Studies, or related field
