💼 Role Overview

We are seeking a Full-Stack Developer with strong MERN and Next.js expertise to join our remote team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, is passionate about clean and scalable code, and enjoys collaborating across teams to deliver world-class products.

You will be working closely with product managers, UI / UX designers, and other engineers to design, develop, and maintain innovative solutions that power our digital platform and customer experiences.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using Next.js, React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB .
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to define technical requirements and deliver seamless user experiences.
• Architect scalable and secure backend services, microservices, and RESTful APIs.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and SEO (Next.js server-side rendering, caching strategies).
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with strong documentation.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve performance bottlenecks and production issues.
• Implement CI / CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployment processes.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in web development and bring innovative ideas to the team.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to building a high-performance engineering culture.
