Job Title : Accountant

Experience : 2–4 years (Experience in Trading or retail preferred)

Company Overview :

We are a growing company operating in the online retail sector. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to support our day-to-day financial operations and ensure accurate financial records across both verticals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage daily accounting entries (sales, purchases, expenses, journal entries)
• Maintain accurate books of accounts using accounting software (ERP, Tally)
• Perform bank reconciliations and track payment gateway settlements (Razorpay, Paytm, etc.)
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including follow-ups and reconciliations
• Prepare GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and TDS filings in compliance with statutory deadlines
• Maintain inventory records and support cost accounting
• Assist with monthly / quarterly closings and financial reporting
• Support external audits and respond to audit queries
• Maintain proper documentation for purchases, sales, and vendor agreements
• Generate MIS reports for internal review (sales, margins, expenses, etc.)
