Job descriptionFor the initial 6 months the sucessful associates will be paid a salary of INR 20 K per month (inclusive of benefits) Post successful completion of training the candidate can expect a permanent job offer for salary up to INR 4.2 lacs per annum (inclusive of retiral benefits & performance based incentives) Basis performance during the training period.

- Assessing the candidates as per the job mandate
- Lining up of candidates for Interview
- Follow up on the interview status and managing candidate pipeline
