Role Overview :

We’re looking for a smart and detail-oriented Intern in Payroll & HR Operations to support our US team. This is a great opportunity to build hands-on experience in global payroll, onboarding, and HR processes, while working closely with experienced mentors.

Responsibilities :

• Support the US payroll process with accurate data entry and reporting.
• Assist in onboarding / offboarding US mentors and ensure smooth documentation.
• Handle employee queries related to payroll and HR policies.
• Maintain HR records, spreadsheets, and communication tasks.
• Contribute to small projects and process improvements.
