Job Description
Our product team is widely distributed into many verticals such as Banking, NBFCs, FinTech, and other domains. You will have a critical role to play as an Associate Project Manager for products and solutions in these verticals.
What you will do :
1. You should be comfortable in the chaos of a fast-paced environment and should have a natural ability to get into details and a hunger for the execution of excellence.
2. You will have to interact frequently with other key stakeholders during the research, design, and development process to build the product vision, iterate the product, and partner on execution.
3. Send out daily, weekly or monthly reports to all relevant stakeholders.
4. Conducts interviews to gather customer requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.
5. Collaborate with project sponsors to determine project scope and vision.
6. Participate in the QA of solutions to ensure features and functions have been enabled and optimized.
7. Manages and tracks the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforces and redefines as necessary.
8. Workflows using a graph or any other tools
9. Defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders
Requirements
1. B.Tech and MBA or equivalent experience
2. Ability to operate in a fast-paced, constantly changing, and evolving environment
3. Good business smarts along with strong problem solving and metrics orientation
4. Design thinking, user empathy, and deep understanding of Indian customers
5. Good technical understanding with an ability to be hands-on with the team of Engineering for the implementation and trade-offs
6. Crisp written and verbal communication skills
7. Ability to work with a diverse set of stakeholders
8. Creating a detailed Business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for the Business
9. Verbal and written communication skills

14. Domain Knowledge of lending industry

Promoter Profile
Mudit Jain is the CEO and Founder at Synoriq. He is an IIT Bombay Alumni with experience of 9 years of working with various banks, HFCs and NFCs. He served as the Country Head for Finmechanics at the very young age of 24. He has also worked with PwC and Diamond Consulting after graduating from IIT Bombay. Before starting Synoriq, he was the co-founder of Qriyo - India’s first managed home tuition app.
