Job Title : PCC Collections Infrastructure Engineer

Work Hours : 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PM IST

Domain : Preferably Banking / Financial Services

Role Overview

We are seeking a PCC Collections Infrastructure Engineer with hands-on experience in managing deployments, automations, and environment support for PCC-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of PCC components, non-production environments, batch workflow management, and automation scripting.

Key Responsibilities

Deployment & Environment Management

Perform deployments to non-production environments using Jenkins and SoapUI.

Conduct environment sanity checks and logs verification after deployments.

Manage and monitor PCC batch jobs in non-prod environments.

Troubleshooting & Support

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during testing or post-deployment activities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth functioning of PCC solutions.

Automation & Development

Develop and enhance automation scripts using Groovy, Jenkins pipelines, and PCC platform tools.

Create and integrate Jira tickets automatically through deployment triggers.

PCC Platform Knowledge

Strong understanding of :

PCC UI & Design Studio

Batch flows and scheduling

PCC APIs, upstream & downstream interfaces

Branching strategy for PCC environments (version control awareness)

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with :

Jenkins (CI / CD Automation)

SoapUI (API testing & validation)

Groovy scripting (automation and customization)

Batch job monitoring and troubleshooting

Understanding of SDLC & deployment cycles in enterprise environments

Ability to work independently in remote setup with multiple stakeholders

Nice to Have

Experience in banking or financial services domain

Familiarity with Agile / Jira workflows
