Position : Business Development & Sales Intern
Duration : 2 months (with potential for permanent role)
Location : 100% Remote
Compensation : Unpaid (certificate & recommendation provided)
What You'll Do :
Convert social media leads into consultation bookings
Conduct initial consultation calls with potential clients
Follow up with prospects via phone and email
Research and identify potential corporate partners
Help develop sales scripts and processes
Track and report on conversion metrics
Support client onboarding process
What We're Looking For :
Currently studying Business, Sales, or related field
Excellent communication skills (phone + written)
Comfortable with rejection and persistent follow-up
Goal-oriented with natural sales instincts
Available 15-20 hours per week
Interest in career coaching / HR industry
