Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM Architect / BIM Interior Designer located in Delhi, India. The BIM Architect / BIM Interior Designer will be responsible for creating and managing building information models, generating architectural and construction drawings, and overseeing submittals. Daily tasks include collaborating with project teams, ensuring compliance with international standards, and supporting the seamless execution and quality delivery of projects.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Architecture, Interior Designing and Building Information Modeling (BIM)
  • Proficiency in Revit
  • Experience with Architectural Drawings, Construction Drawings, and Submittals
  • Strong understanding of international standards in architecture and construction
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture and / or Interior Design
  • 2+ years of experience / 5+ years of experience / 8+ years of experience
  • Strong understanding of BIM standards and protocols
  • Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and manage project workflows
  • Professional experience in the AEC industry is a plus
