Executive Director – Global Finance | India

Our client is seeking an  Executive Director – Global Finance  to drive global finance strategy, digital transformation, and end-to-end IPO execution.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead financial strategy, planning, and performance globally.
  • Manage IPO preparations with bankers, auditors, and regulators.
  • Ensure compliance, governance, and risk management across geographies.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing global finance team (70+ members).

Requirements :

  • CA / CPA / CFA or Master’s in Finance / Accounting / Business.
  • 15+ years of global finance leadership experience.
  • Proven IPO, strategic planning, and financial reporting track record.
  • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
