Job Description
Develop and deliver training materials, including manuals, guides, and e-learning content, tailored to different SAP modules (e.g., SAP FI, CO, MM, SD, HR).
Conduct classroom and virtual training sessions for users with varying levels of SAP knowledge.
Assess training needs and customize training programs accordingly.
Provide hands-on demonstrations and real-world scenarios to enhance learning.
Collaborate with SAP consultants and IT teams to stay updated on system changes and updates.
Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and follow-up support.
Assist users in troubleshooting and resolving SAP-related queries post-training.
Maintain training records and prepare reports on training activities and outcomes.
