Senior Stress Engineer (18 / 10 / 2025)

❖ Checking of project input documents for Stress analysis like Stress Design Basis, Process line list, P&ID, PMS, Isometric Drawings, Equipment Drawings, Valve Data sheet,& Pipe Support Standard.

❖ Study of Project documents and understand the scope of Work.

❖ Preparation of Stress System list and Mark-up in P&ID’S.

❖ Perform and Review of Critical Stress Systems Using CAESAR II.

❖ Review and Preparing Load cases for Critical lines.

❖ Performing Flexibility Analysis of Critical pipes and confirming the Piping loads on sensitive equipment do not exceed the allowable values of Corresponding codes or vendor data and to prevent failure of pipe work, and leakage of joints from over stress or fatigue.

❖ Review of Piping Forces and moments on Vessels, Storage Tanks, Heat Exchanger, Pumps, Steam Turbine.

❖ Thermal Displacement of Equipment Nozzle Calculation.

❖ Preparation of spring Hanger data sheet.

❖ PSV Reaction force & Slug Force Calculation.

❖ WRC 107 / WRC 297 Calculations using CAESAR II.

❖ Performing Occasional analysis like wind, seismic and Snow Conditions

❖ FEA Calculations for Equipment nozzle flexibility.

❖ Performing flange leakage calculation as per equivalent pressure method,NC-3658.3 & ASME SEC VIII Div.I.

❖ Checking of pipe support index / Register (Primary support type ,Tag .no, Restrains Gaps and Secondary support Tag.no & MTO).

❖ Review of vendor drawings.

❖ Coordinating with the layout team for change in support location and change in routing.

❖ Checking of Piping Layout, Pipe support drawing, Isometric Drawings.

❖ Preparation and Review of stress analysis report and documentation.

❖ Interaction and coordination with other departments.

❖ To keep the Daily track record of all stress critical systems.
