Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the complete sales life cycle — from the first client inquiry to post-sale follow-ups and closure.
- Engage and convert leads shared by the digital marketing team through effective communication, relationship management, and product understanding.
- Initiate communication with potential buyers through welcome messages, emails, and calls to establish trust and rapport.
- Conduct site visits with clients, ensuring a premium experience throughout their journey.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations highlighting the project’s key features, location benefits, and luxury appeal.
- Maintain and update all client interactions, visit logs, and follow-ups in CRM software (Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).
- Handle continuous follow-ups , manage client queries, and close deals within expected timelines.
- Coordinate internally with CRM, Finance, and Management teams to ensure smooth post-booking processes .
- Prepare daily and weekly reports detailing lead status, client engagement, and conversion metrics.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with HNI clients to generate referrals and long-term engagement.
Requirements :
Education : Any Graduate / MBA in Marketing preferred.Experience : 0–2 years in real estate or high-value sales (Luxury property sales preferred).Must have CRM handling experience (lead management, follow-up, and reporting).Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) – mandatory.Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a polished, professional demeanor.Proven ability to manage high-ticket sales conversations confidently.Good proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.Willing to work on weekends and flexible for client schedules (week off on Tuesday).Must have own transportation (transport allowance provided for site visits).What We Offer :
