Odoo Functional Consultant

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst [Odoo] / Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team

and contribute to the successful implementation and optimization of the Odoo ERP system in our

clients' companies. As a Business Analyst [Odoo] / Odoo Functional Consultant, you will play a

crucial role in gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into technical

specifications, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective utilization of

the Odoo platform.

Responsibilities :

1. Understand the core functionalities and modules of Odoo ERP.

2. Analyze business requirements and translate them into Odoo solutions.

3. Configure and customize Odoo modules to align with business needs.

4. Conduct training sessions for end-users on how to effectively utilize Odoo ERP.

5. Stay updated with the latest Odoo features and updates to provide informed

recommendations.

6. Collaborate with technical teams for seamless integration and implementation of Odoo

ERP.

7. Gain a deep understanding of the client's industry and business processes.

8. Identify key pain points and challenges within the domain.

9. Propose Odoo solutions tailored to address specific industry requirements.

10.Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing business workflows using Odoo.

11.Act as a liaison between the client and development teams to ensure alignment with

industry standards.

12.Continuously enhance domain expertise through research and participation in relevant

industry events.

13.Create comprehensive functional specifications based on business requirements.

14.Document configuration changes, customizations, and system integrations within Odoo.

15.Develop user manuals and training materials for Odoo end-users.

16.Maintain thorough documentation of system processes, workflows, and data models.

17.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness.

18.Facilitate knowledge transfer by organizing documentation workshops and sessions.

Requirements / Our Expectations :

1. Proven experience as a Business Analyst / Odoo Functional Consultant, preferably in the

implementation and support of Odoo ERP system.

2. Strong understanding of business processes across various functional areas, such as

sales, marketing, finance, inventory, and manufacturing.

3. Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements, creating functional

specifications, and conducting gap analysis.

4. Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies for software development and

implementation.

5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex business and

technical challenges.

6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at

all levels of the organization.

7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced

environment.

8. Detail-oriented approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

9. Good to have : In-depth knowledge of the Odoo platform, including configuration,

customization, and module integration.
