About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to support the planning and delivery of student recruitment activities across India.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to engage with schools, colleges, and agents to meet recruitment targets.

This role focuses on building relationships with key stakeholders, handling enquiries, and providing exceptional applicant support throughout the admissions process.

Key responsibilities include :

• Representing our institution at student recruitment exhibitions and school / college visits across India.
• Responding to student and agent enquiries related to entry requirements, applications, and scholarships.
• Supporting the conversion process from enquiry through to enrolment, ensuring a high-quality applicant experience.
• Assisting with application processing and ensuring accurate, timely communication with stakeholders.
• Conducting market research and data analysis to provide actionable insights supporting regional recruitment strategies.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with agents, partner institutions, and key stakeholders in India.

Eligibility requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience and Right to Work in India.
